Worker (SPLW) and we will assess and refer to RESTORE.
FOOD VOUCHERS: available to patients not currently supported
by any organisations and can prove that they are in genuine need.
Each individual or household can have
5 parcels within one rolling year of their first parcel. Exceptions for more
can be discussed by contacting Restore.
They must bring their referral code and a form
of ID with them.
Referrals are valid for 7 days.
Grow
baby vouchers -: For clothing and toiletry referrals, If your child is 0-24 months, you can access once
every three months (max 4x per year) If your child is aged 2-5 years, you can
access twice a year.
Sessions: The Money course -: is to help
people gain a better knowledge of what they earn and what they spend, devise a
manageable budget, get their accounts in order, and learn to save, whatever
their financial situation.
Grow baby Sessions -: are run Mondays 10 - 11:30am Families
are referred by their professional support network (health or education
services) then invited to attend Grow baby. Families attending can choose clothing for their children free of charge and
relax and enjoy free coffee and cakes.
The Allotment -:
is on Wednesdays 10am-12pm. All seeds/plants, equipment and tools are provided for
the duration of the project. The Allotment is in Weston Favell/Abington area,
and if transportation is a barrier, Restore team would be happy to discuss
this.
Wellbeing
Support -: Usually the sessions are offered
1:1 with our volunteer team, over three sessions which are arranged at a time
to suit all involved.
Self-referrals and referrals
from professionals for clients to participate, and if individuals need support
to engage, we encourage this to come from the referring agency.
